Seperated milk tonight for the first time this season. Cleaning equipment is a big pain and you have to do it when the milk is warm, but its the only way to get cream from goats milk which will not seperate on its own. Got 2 cups of cream and 3 gallons of milk from my 3 Nubians and 1 Nubian/Saanen cross doe. I have to have cream to start buttermilk to make feta.
